What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing breaks right away. If a payment fails, your pages stay fully live for 14 days while we retry. If it is still not resolved, your public pages degrade to a small brand card — printed codes keep working, they just show less. The moment payment succeeds again, everything comes back exactly as it was; nothing is ever deleted.
Can I change plan mid-period?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately and you are charged a pro-rated amount for the rest of your current period. Downgrading is blocked only if it would leave more pages live than the new plan allows — nothing is ever unpublished automatically.
What happens to codes I have already printed?
Nothing. A printed code carries only a short address — never your plan, your brand’s URL, or which page it pointed to at the time of printing. Changing plan, freezing, or repointing a code later never orphans a card already in a shop.
Which taxes are added?
EU VAT and US sales tax are calculated at checkout from your billing address, and appear on every invoice.
